Chapter 2: Passion 🎬🎞📽 Everyone has passions. It’s what makes us content with life, help us find the light in the dark, distract us with something hard in life or even be the focus of our life. Passion is a level beyond enthusiasm for a work; its ambition. Sacrificing pleasure and leisure for the sake of putting more effort into a work, but being fun and exciting all at once. Passions widely vary from religion to cars to textiles to baking or even fashion.
What is one of my passions? Cameras. Technology. Movies/films/stories. Photography. Impacting another life by telling a story through a work of art.
Everyone says I love film and photography so much, why not go to school for it? Now, its important to note that passions don’t have to be the source of one’s career. By all means if that’s what someone wants, go for it! But I am too passionate about so many things that I’ve had to perfect a balance of my creative side as a hobby.
Which leads me to the countless short films I have made throughout the years. Countless hours and memories formed (always arranged last minute mind you) always to make a final piece I can be proud of. Everyone throughout my journeys has equally pushed my love for telling stories, from teachers to friends and even family! And I just want to say thank you for all the support. :) This short video was made to tell a specific story. However, stories are open to interpretation and I want to hear what you guys see through your eyes.
